Created using cold-forged aluminium that has a 4.5mm base to provide optimum heat distribution. The exterior of the wok has low sides to allow for easy use of spatulas and utensils whilst the stay-cool handle is secured by two polished stainless steel rivets. This item also has an easy release non-stick coating that reduces the need for oil and fats for a healthier cooking experience. This item perfectly complements the rest of the Smeg range of 50's retro appliances.
