The pancake tutu is made up of a stiff 10 layer skirt, with a hoop and internal basque.
The bodice is a panelled lilac velvet, topped with white lace and covered with pink flowers. The skirt top plate has lace trim, pink sparkling decorations, lilac and pink flowers and Swarovski crystals.
There are two rows of hooks and eyes to the back and a drawstring around the top of the bodice.
Separate arm cuffs are trimmed with lace and lilac flowers.
