About the Product: Lost Lantern hand-selected this cask from Wollersheim Distillery in Wisconsin. With roots dating back to the 19th century, the family-owned winery and distillery has revived a long tradition of Wisconsin distilling. Its brandies and grain-to-glass whiskies truly reflect Wisconsin's climate, long agricultural heritage, and unique spirits culture.

This 5-year-old straight bourbon whiskey was made from 66% corn, 22% rye,
and 12% malted barley, all locally grown. It has notes of leather, chocolate
oranges, and pipe tobacco on the nose, and hints of chocolate mousse, dry
grain, and spice-blackened meat on the palate. This is an intense and powerful
northern bourbon.

It is our first release from Wollersheim and our first from Wisconsin.
