This Oliva Elite Stealth Chef's Knife is the workhorse of the kitchen.  When you are working in the kitchen, you will gravitate towards this one because it can help execute 90% of your culinary tasks.  It has a highly figured Italian olive wood handle attached to a hand-forged Stealth Blade.  When comparing to the traditional chef's knife, this Oliva Elite series Chef's knife is 25% thinner, and 10% lighter.  With this knife, you can chop, slice, dice, and mince with a thin profile razor-sharp edge.   This knife should be hand washed in warm water and a mild detergent. We do not recommend placing this in the dishwasher and to avoid cleaners containing bleach and citrus extracts.
