Recently we have seen an unprecedented increase in individuals purchasing engines who seem to think they can use them a bit, return them, and then file a chargeback with their bank, credit card company, or PayPal. While we typically win these disputes, the amount of time wasted is unsustainable. So…going forward.

 All Jet Central, Xicoy, and Kolm engine sales are FINAL. AeroPanda will not accept any returns or requests for refunds on these engines for any reason. By purchasing any of these engines the buyer agrees and accepts that he/she/they will follow the manufacturer warranty process if they experience any issue with the engine.  In plain English.
