This Pacific Floorcare FM-17DS model floor buffer is a 2 speed machine that can switch between 175 and 300 RPM. The low speed setting (175 RPM) is great for scrubbing and stripping. The high speed (300 RPM) is used for buffing floors to a nice shine.
