The Advance SC401 is a compact 17" commercial scrubber that is great for small to midsized rooms like schools, gas stations, workshops, and offices. The SC401 has a compact size and 4 wheel design that makes the auto scrubber stable and highly maneuverable while also offering the speed and power you want for commercial settings. Advance has made operation of this auto scrubber extremely simple with their OneTouch™ Scrubbing. Simply press the One-Touch™ Scrubbing button and the built-in sensors in the machine’s handle will acknowledge the operator’s presence and the machine is engaged. The system's electronic solution flow control is also found on the control panel, allowing you to accommodate changing floor conditions on the fly.

The scrubber comes with a 17" prolene brush that is great for general everyday cleaning. The scrubber is also equipped with a center-pivot squeegee system that supplies the blade with optimal blade pressure leave your dry to the touch in one pass. In quite mode, the noise can even be reduced to 60 ±3 dBA thanks to SilentTech™ technology. The upkeep on the SC401 is also made simple thanks to complete access to all critical machine components. This includes a large recovery lid for full access for inspection and cleaning of the tank and an integrated debris trap that collects harmful drain clogging debris.
