The SP Concepts M8 Bagger Exhaust System (2017+) is a premium upgrade designed for Harley-Davidson Touring models, including all CVO variants and the new 2024 models with VVT and updated engine covers. This exhaust system is meticulously crafted to enhance the performance and aesthetics of your motorcycle.

Performance and Design Highlights

Engineered for high-flow performance, this mid-length exhaust features a 4" high-flow performance cone that seamlessly integrates into a 4" body. The 2½" core baffle optimizes bottom to mid-range torque and horsepower, providing a noticeable boost in power across all motors. With the ability to accommodate 88" to 143", this system is versatile and adaptable to various engine sizes. The 065 stainless steel headers, stepped from 1¾" to 1¾" to 2" at the collector, are hand-tig welded from top to bottom for unmatched durability. Additional features include machined stainless steel header collars and 18mm O2 bungs with 12mm adapters, offering compatibility with both stock and autotune sensors.

Installation and Warranty Information

This exhaust system comes with a complete hardware kit, ensuring a seamless installation process. However, please note that all sales on exhaust systems are final and cannot be returned under any circumstances as they are custom made to order. Our stock of these systems is readily available, with a short lead time of 1-5 business days for stainless finish. Black or polished finishes typically take 2-4 weeks to ship.
