The Fender Custom Shop Limited-Edition Precision Bass Special Journeyman Relic takes you back in time with classic, all-American sound in a vintage Fender package. The Precision Bass Special Journeyman Relic features a 2-piece select alder body with a lacquer finish, quartersawn maple neck and round-lam rosewood fingerboard with pearloid block inlays. Its sound is powered by a Custom Shop hand-wound ’75 Jazz Bass pickup at the bridge and ’65-’70 Precision Bass pickup at the neck, both specially voiced to deliver that familiar, iconic Fender tone. Additional appointments include vintage-style “lollipop” tuners, an RSD-designed HiMass bridge, nickel/chrome hardware and a bone nut. Comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
