This adjustable fuel pressure regulator is perfect for Kadron dual carb applicaitons, as well as others.  It features one inlet and two outlets with 3/8" female pipe threads.  If desired for an inline application, one of the outlets can be plugged, allowing the other one to operate by itself.  These are factory preset at 3 PSI with a certified calibrated gauge, but are adjustable to pressure from 1 to 4 PSI.  To adjust, loosen top nut, turn stud clockwise to raise to desired pressure, or counter-clockwise to lower.  Retighten nut.  Comes with mounting bracket.
