Polyurethane Shock Fork Bushing Kit

Replace your worn/torn OEM rubber bushings that kill suspension performance today. Eliminate deflection and binding while boosting suspension articulation. Made from premium 70A durometer polyurethane, these bushings provide unmatched durability and resilience and won't wear out.

Poly bushings have a free-float design where the bushing is installed directly into the housing without a metal shell and ‘floats’ there with an independent bushing and metal sleeve that are not bound together. This multi-piece design allows for easier installation.  When properly lubricated polyurethane bushings will not squeak.

The most common complaint about poly bushings is that they squeak where rubber bushings do not. While it is true that poly can squeak it is usually a result of the part not being properly lubricated during install. Rubber does not squeak since the bushing is chemically bonded to the metal shell and sleeve. The rubber does not move against the metal meaning there is no noise although this does contribute to the wear of the bushing.
