The Emerson 3-Way Tele® kits are our most popular prewired kit... and for good reason; they improve your tone!  We take great pride in using premium components that work, and sound better than the stock electronics found in your guitar. Each pot is hand metered and matched for great consistency and even taper on both the volume and tone knob (better control when rolling down the volume knob). 

Paper in Oil capacitors were used in vintage Fender® and Gibson® guitars for good reason... They sound amazing. Emerson kits are painstakingly wired by hand one at a time in Bixby, Oklahoma, USA. Great pride is taken in the solder work and neatness when crafting these prewired kits. Emerson wiring harnesses are built to last a very long time and perform great. We think you will appreciate the detail, both sonically and visually, that goes into each and every one of our prewired kits.

This is a 3-Way Tele prewired assembly (MFG# T3-250K-PREMIER) for Telecaster and similar guitars featuring 2 single coil pickups. It will drop into most American Fender Teles with no modification.

Wired with 22 AWG vintage push-back wire for that vintage look and sound. Soldered connections to the input jack are insulated with heat-shrink to ensure durability and long life. If you are installing this on an import guitar with metric sized pots you may need to ream your control plate holes to accept the slightly larger US-Spec pots and buy US-Spec knobs.
