“Joyeuse” is crafted from 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, with fruit sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in Moussy and Pierry in the Vallée de la Marne. The base of the blend is from the 2018 vintage, with 30% reserve wines from 2017 and 2016 adding complexity and depth. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees for a minimum of five years before disgorgement.

With a dosage of approximately 6–7 g/L, this Brut Champagne balances ripeness and freshness. The nose offers notes of baked apple, dried apricot, lemon peel, and hints of brioche. On the palate, it is supple yet structured, revealing subtle nutty undertones and a flinty mineral edge.
