​Sourced from a single vineyard located on the eastern side of the Columbia Gorge, where the climate transitions to a more desert-like environment, the "Ériu" cuvée reflects the distinct characteristics of its site. The vineyard's soil composition, featuring a higher percentage of cobblestones compared to sand, contributes to the wine's ethereal and high-toned expression of Grenache. The 2023 vintage showcases a complex bouquet of red berries, floral undertones, and hints of spice. On the palate, it delivers a medium-bodied experience with layers of cherry, raspberry, and subtle earthy nuances, supported by fine-grained tannins and a lively acidity. The wine undergoes natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is aged in neutral oak barrels to preserve its purity and terroir-driven character.
