The Mars Discovery coil is the most optimal size for universal detecting at 13″. It is a very well balanced, lightweight and reliable coil for a wide range of search tasks.

Compatible with the Minelab X-Terra 505 & X-Terra 705 Metal Detectors.

Frequencies can be changed by placing a 9V battery on the two prongs on top of the search coil. A green light will appear indicating the frequency has been changed. After the green light appears, turn the metal detector off and then back on to complete the frequency change.
