Cool little bass from a cool builder. We got it directly from the builder, and it needed some final setup work, including fret leveling, and the nut was too high. It plays great now, with medium/low action. The neck is comfortable, and very much like a 50's P bass. The neck is about 1" deep, but feels like it tapers thinner up the neck, and still the same approximate depth measurement. 1.81" width at the nut. 18mm string spacing at the bridge.
