The EZBio® Titanium Bottle with Cap and Adapter “MTO” Single-Use Assemblies allow the customer to select individual components suited to their project needs. Selectable components include the Volume and Material of the Bottle, and the number and size of Ports for the Adapter insert.

The EZBio® TS Bottle system is designed to meet the demanding needs of modern bioprocessing by offering, single-use solution for fluid handling. These bottles are manufactured from high-purity PETG resins that are USP Class VI certified and free from colorants or additives, making them suitable for sensitive biological applications. EZBio® TS Bottles are available with Foxx’s patented Tamper Evident VersaCap®, featuring a molded adapter for a clean bioprocess fit, a rotating design to prevent tube tangling, and interchangeable inserts for flexible port configurations.

Bottles are supplied with a standard closed cap installed, while the tamper-evident VersaCap® is packed separately. This allows the end user to fill the container before final closure. The non-sterile EZBio® Bottle with Cap and Adapter is ideal for seamless integration across a wide range of applications—from small-scale setups to larger bioprocess operations. Assembled in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, each unit is double-bagged and lot-labeled for full GMP and regulatory compliance.
