CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Do not wash upholstered items unless clearly indicated on the attached care label. Removing the covers to machine or hand wash (even at a low temperature) may lighten the color and shrink the fabric. Some items have an anti-stain treatment applied to the textile, if this is dry cleaned, the process will reduce the anti-stain performance. Always pay close attention to the care symbols on the affixed label before dry cleaning. Pilling is the result of excess fibre on the fabric, or from external sources. This is not a defect but a characteristic of many textiles.

To keep upholsteries in optimal condition we recommend: 

• Using an anti-pilling machine to remove pilling.
• Avoiding placing the item in direct sunlight.
• Dusting or removing crumbs by wiping down upholstery with a clean cloth or soft brush. Do not rub. 
• Avoiding using a vacuum cleaner. If you do use one, select the lowest suction with a soft upholstery attachment.
• Treating spills immediately. Blot up as much of the spill as possible with a clean, dry, white cloth. Do not rub.
• Treating stains using a clean, slightly damp white cloth, blotting from the outer edge to the centre of the stain
• Avoiding chemical products on your upholstery 
• Reviewing the care label or leaflet specific to your item.

DELIVERY: Furniture orders can take between 2 to 6 weeks for expected delivery.

White glove delivery is included in the shipping expense of this product. White glove service includes placement of the furniture item into the room of choice (this includes up to two flights of stairs), unpacking in the customer's home, up to 20 minutes of light assembly, and removal of debris. Some additional fees may apply based on additional requests.  Our delivery partner will work with each customer to determine the best possible delivery timing.
