Volpa USA Inc.offers the following limited warranty on each of its manufactured products ("Volpa USA")

1. This warranty extends only to the original owner/end-user for personal household use only. For commercial uses, additional limitations may apply.
2. Volpa USA warrants mirrors, vanities, faucet finishes and fittings to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the initial date of purchase by the owner or end-user, from Volpa USA or an authorized Volpa USA dealer.
3. Volpa USA will,at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Volpa USA optional inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within the warranty periods.
   

4. Please note that Volpa USA is not responsible for installation or removal costs. Improper modification of any vanity and/or faucet may void the warranty. 

5. This warranty extends to the original owner or end-user and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. Warranty does not extend to any final sale purchases. 

6. This warranty does not cover any claim arising from abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, improper installation, or operations on the part of the purchaser as well as chemical or natural corrosion, accident, fire, flood, act of God, or any other casualty. 

7. This warranty does not extend to any plumbing or components installed by dealers, installers or by any party other than Volpa USA. Volpa USA disclaims any liability for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

8. Any affirmation, representation, or warranty other than those contained in this warranty shall not be enforceable against Volpa USA or any other person.Except as provided above, Volpa USA makes no warranties, express or implied including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose or compliance.

Product Limitation Liability

Volpa USA shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special, direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, (1) damage to or loss of other property or equipment, (2) loss of profits, revenue or reputation, (3) cost of replacement goods, (4) cost of storage, handling and/or care of damaged, defective or nonconforming goods or (5) claims of buyer's customer or service interruptions. 

Volpa USA is not responsible for any additional parts or equipment required for the installation or use of any of its products or merchandise, such as plumbing supply requirements (elbow joints, valves, pipes, etc.). Volpa USA is not responsible for the installation of any of its products or merchandise. 

The liability of Volpa USA arising out of or related in any way to the sale, delivery, resale, installation or use of the goods sold by or furnished by Volpa USA, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any warranty or otherwise, shall exceed the purchase price paid for the specific goods upon which liability is to be based. 

Buyer's remedies for any breach of this warranty by Volpa USA, or with respect to Volpa USA liability under this warranty shall be limited to either Volpa USA choice of any of the following:(1) the repair of the goods, (2) the replacement of the goods, (3) the return of the goods in question to Volpa USA and the return to the buyer of any consideration paid to Volpa USA for said goods. 

Volpa USA reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, it being understood that such modifications will not alter the warranty conditions applicable at the time of sale of the products in question.
